Sonya Voelkel
Ms. Voelkel is a native of Henry County and has a strong desire to serve her community. She has more than 40 years of experience in administrative office management, crisis intervention, public service, community relations, and organizational operations. Her past experience comes from working for the City of Atlanta for over a decade, and from prior work in medical billing. Ms. Voelkel values every experience as she continues to pursue growth in her faith, which she holds dear. Her interpersonal wisdom and strength have developed through years of service in which God has qualified her. She considers it a privilege and blessing to serve alongside her devoted companion Nala Noel.
Nala Noel
Nala Noel is a registered-trained Service & Support Dog. Her mission is to cultivate God’s beauty and inspire His purpose through empathy, compassion, gratitude, hope, care, and love — a gentle, friendly presence around the office.
