About

Ms. Smith earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Thomas University and has successfully passed the National Counselor Examination (NCE), which certifies her through the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). Ms. Smith is currently under supervision with Pam McMichen, EdS, LPC, CPCS while she is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC). She holds her LAPC license with the State of Georgia and expects to have her full LPC license in Georgia in early 2028. She also holds a Clinical Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) credential.

Ms. Smith is trained in trauma therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and several other evidence-based counseling theories and interventions. She enjoys working with diverse populations and continues to broaden her clinical skills and experience across a wide range of mental health concerns and treatment approaches.

Ms. Smith is caring, empathetic, and deeply committed to improving the quality of life for each client she serves. She is passionate about supporting underserved communities and approaches counseling with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Her work is led by a Christian worldview, and she welcomes clients of all backgrounds. She enjoys working collaboratively to help each client meet their goals and needs.
